ARCHERY SEASON

So far hot and Slow. Actually this last weekend felt great. It finally cooled down. Opening weekend Andy Mixon took his first deer ever with a bow. Congratulations Andy, he shot a doe. Also the last weekend Chuck Peters took a doe with a crossbow. I believe it was his first bow kill also. Congratulations Chuck. Two first, that is great. Hope everybody is starting to settle in for the season ahead. A couple of reminders, all tractor work has to be completed by October the 1st. Anyone interested in attending the hamburger and hotdog cookout at camp needs to email Shane or call and RSVP. We need to get a head count. I posted his cell on the previous post. The cookout is Saturday October the 4. Hope you can make it - free food how can you turn that down. See you at the woods.
